Can someone help me with Slimming World please?

I need to lose about a stone and a half. I am super skint and cant really justify paying £5 a week to go to a meeting. However I would like to try and follow the rules of Slimming World. I know there are Green days and Red days but not 100% how it works. I have had a look at the website and got some good recipies but need to know when to use them.

I know this is a big ask as you will be paying the money to do them but a brief synopsis would be amazing Grin Thanks

No. Pay and go like everyone else.

If you buy a Slimming World magazine it explains alot of it in there, plus a weekly meal plan as an example.
I have only done the Extra Easy plan and I haven't got a clue about red/green days, sorry.

Go on ebay and search for slimming world starter pack, they go for about £10. That would be all you need to get you started.

Do one, BodyOfEeyore. Not everyone has the money to afford class and you can't know how someone's circumstances will change. What's wrong with being polite?

You know what? That's pissed me off so much. SocialButterfly, up to you totally, but if you feel comfortable PMing me your address I can send you my old pack. Slimming World updated a few things in January so we're onto an orange pack now, but the old green one is still really good and it's enough to get you started. It's got my old weight record in the back of it though.

I also highly recommend the Minimims weight loss forum - their Slimming World section is fantastic and full of lovely supportive people who are quite the opposite of BodyOfEeyore.

BTW, I don't even want postage. It's yours for nothing.

TheMonster · 15/04/2012 12:21

Well aren't you a saint, Bubble?

BubbleBobble · 15/04/2012 20:30

No, I just try to be nice person rather than a nasty bitch for no reason.

Have you read the small print in the back of your book?
