I need to lose about a stone and a half. I am super skint and cant really justify paying £5 a week to go to a meeting. However I would like to try and follow the rules of Slimming World. I know there are Green days and Red days but not 100% how it works. I have had a look at the website and got some good recipies but need to know when to use them.
I know this is a big ask as you will be paying the money to do them but a brief synopsis would be amazing
