Hello,

I need help to get motivated again to loose some lard!

I lost 1.5 stones last year using MFP and walking. Was feeling great, dropped to a small size 14 and was heading nicely to my target weight. Then Christmas came and I fell off the wagon spectacularly.

Every week since then I've started being good one day then it's all fallen apart. I need motivation and a kick up the (ever expanding) arse.

So I've restarted with MFP today and tomorrow I'm digging out the dreaded Shred DVD. Please yell at me to make sure I do it. Also anyone out there willing to be my diet buddy?

The weekend was busy but really good. Drank far too much on Saturday so very hungover on Sunday :( At least that meant I didn't eat much!

Not too bad food wise (probably why I got so drunk!) didn't eat too much cake, Cara took care of that.

My little niece is gorgeous and so tiny. She's only 5lb 13 so 3lb smaller than Cara when she came out. It's made me sooooooo broody, even DH is starting to be swayed!

That's nice of your DH, I doubt mine would notice! He's a bit rubbish bless him.

So this week I will be good and try to step up the exercise. Working 3.5 days so got to do lots of batch cooking this afternoon to make sure we have nice and healthy meals we can throw in the microwave.

Have a good week

Not too bad a day today, we had a picnic in the park and ran about lots.

Food wise, crumpets and butter for breakfast, sandwhich for lunch and lasagne for tea. Fruit for snacks.

Also did a little walk today (about a mile).

Got 3 littlies tomorrow so planning on going puddle jumping, doing lots of dancing and hopefully a nice walk with them.

Hope you had a good day

Well done on your efforts today and sounds like weekend went as well as it can. I did not do well today. Period started this morning and feel absolutely rubbish with 2 mouth ulcers and a sore throat - too much work, too much Oz planning and not enough sleep. Spent today necking berocca and comfort eating which I didn't even enjoy as my mouth is so sore. Not going to list it as just too depressing.

5lb 13 is teeny! My DD was 6lb 3 when born and then dropped to about 5lb 10 or so. Not surprised you are broody. Still having three to run after tomorrow might nip that feeling in the bud again Smile

Off to bed now - hopefully will be a bit better tomorrow.

Bless, you poor thing. Lots of chicken soup and bread for you. I always give myself a couple of days off the diet around my period, (the PMT makes it safer for DH that way!)

Did a mega walk with the littlies yesterday and am off to the park and for a walk with the one I have today. My little Thursday boy is poorly so anticipating a rubbish day tomorrow which may stop the broodiness but the baby I looked after yesterday is such a little sweetie it made me even worse :(

Hope you are feeling better today

Hello, still feeling poorly but have been continuing to go to work so not surprising. Roll on the weekend and getting some extra sleep. Bonus of sore throat and mouth ulcers is that food does not appeal!! Today had museli for breakfast, small portion of veg curry w rice for lunch and some fruit and small nibbles at an evening meeting with some toast when I got home. DH has packed away the bathroom scales as he is decluttering in anticipation of putting the house on the market in a couple of weeks which is v annoying.

Hope the little boy was not too much trouble today.

Hello, sorry it has been a few days. V busy weekend decluttering and sorting out the house for the photos for the brochure and internet - all done today though. Finally started to feel better over the weekend so sore throat and mouth ulcers gone - diet wise weekend was so so - ate reasonably well with some treats but lots of exercise. Really missing my scales - I need to keep a check on things!
Today - museli for breakfast (I really must try something else sometime Grin), couscous salad for lunch, couple of digestive biscuits mid afternoon, fish, rice and veggies for tea and then a homemade oat and nut biscuit. Had some orange juice before tea also.
Hope all going well for you.
