I found some of the staple meals from when I first lost weight successfully on points were too 'expensive' on pro points because of the way they weighted the points.

I like my carbs, a typical day will be something like

Cereal and milk for breakfast
Crackers and philly or a prawn salad with an apple and a fibre plus cereal bar for lunch at work.
Something like spaghetti bolognaise made with lean mince, or chicken fajitas or swwet and sour chicken with rice for dinner.
I like a snack in the evening. Sometimes it will be something sweet, like a packet of mini buttons, or I might have a bowl of special k and eat it dry, like crisps.

Eating like that on old ww points lost me weight.
