I have been doing the diet for a few weeks but am still struggling with the correct a and b choices. Can I have 2 b choices of porridge (ie I take a plain porridge pot into work which is 64g and have that for breakfast - this equates to 2 b choices - we have very limited facilities here so am struggling with breakfast. Is this ok to do as a friend of mine so that I would not be able to do this that way. Help please!!
