OK, it's confession time

my name is the derkinsdame and I have failed the C25k training programme. I have been hiding from you all for a while because everyone else is going great guns and I have had to face up to the fact that running is probably not the right thing for me. So. I have picked myself up and am now looking to do a walking for fitness type version of the C25k. Is there anyone out there doing something like this who can recommend any good apps or podcasts?

Sorry that C25K didn't work for you. I have no idea about any walking podcasts, but I remember some TV type (might have been David Mitchell), who lost loads of weight by walking saying that they did it by listening to audio books. Since it's not about intervals, but about putting in the distance, I guess you can listen to anything you really love and which will keep you going.

It was Stephen Fry and he did lose a lot! Lots of walking & audio books to help pass the time is the way to go, I think!
