Ww - now fruit is free if I ate lots of bananas, e.g 4 a day would these really not affect weight loss?? (I find bananas great when on diet & hungry)
Sw - is it poss to over eat? I love pasta & can eat tons of the stuff, can you really eat as much as you want?
I only want to lose 7lbs but want to keep it off & have something I can roughly follow when weights been lost, therefore do you think we would be best for me? Just can't stand being hungry!!
