I read most of it last night and went for my first trot/jog this morning. Really proud of myself but annoyed that I can't tell anyone what I did this am.

Is anyone else a fat bitch?

Mad to think that 5-6 years ago I was running for about a hour with no problems, it's so hard to build up that level of fitness again.

Finding it hard to get the time when I do not have my DS. Any advice?

my motivation to keep running is that i want to be able to play football with my daughter in the park (when she is old enough) without me getting out of breath!
Goandplay-it's horrible but have you tried setting your alarm clock early and doing it b4 DS wakes up? it's a killer but you feel like superwoman afterwards

I am going to do that! Good idea. I have been feeling ill recently and I really need to get my health back up.

I guess I'm lucky in the sense that I have my son in a creche p/t and am lucky that my parents will take him for an hour a couple of times a week.

Read an interview with the author in a magazine recently and am hoping to buy a copy of the book this weekend (live in a small town so need to travel to book shop to buy a copy).
