I've done level 3 and I think I've gotten fatter :(. I felt a lot slimmer doing level 2 but I don't feel like it's doing enough! Also at only 20 minutes, even at high intensity I don't feel as if I'm doing enough.

Will look for another DVD tomorrow, anyone got any good recommendations? I need a good calorie burner... Are Davina's DVDs any good?

Friend really likes davina especially body buff and ultimate says she gets a good sweat on. I have not tried them though

Have you done all 30 days? Did you measure yourself when you started? Are you using scales? What makes you think you've got fatter? Can you increase the weights you use? That will make it harder.

Could you do Lvl 1 then Lvl 2 to increase the time?

Was reading an excellent article in Radio Times attached to next week's Horizon about exercise, health and weight loss - try and watch it. Advice was essentially that very very high intensity aerobic work for very short periods, (an idea that JM has taken on board) combined with constant low levels of activity throughout the day (ie minimise your sitting down) was the best approach for health, and would help improve your metabolism.

You can put on weight doing exercise - you need to be careful with what you eat too. I also feel 20 mins is too short, so i alternate with running which I find more enjoyable.

i really enjoy davina's ones. the new one ultimate target is one of the harder ones i think, harder than fit, also high energy five if you sequence several sections together.
