Thinking about getting the Shred dvd, will it kill me?

I'm really not very fit atm. I do a fair bit of walking, and a bit of yoga, but not much else. After hearing all about it on here, I've been thinking of trying the 30 day shred, but as my fitness levels are so low, will it kill me? BlushGrin

No. Your legs might wobbly after the first day. And you will feel more and more fit each time you do it. it is worth it, if you do it regularly

Right, I've ordered it. Thank you aleene. :)

Start of slowing, there is an easier version of each exercise. Don't get fixated about the 30 day thing, do each level until you can do some of the exercises anyway on the harder version. Its about getting fit gradually not about it killing you.

IMO though, better to start with decent sized weights (2kg?) rather than waste your time with cans of beans.

you'll ache like buggery for the first couple of days...going up & downstairs... but it is worth every bead of sweat, every ache. the results are great

Well it arrived yesterday morning and I started it yesterday afternoon. Didn't realise until now just how many times I stand up/sit down during the day at work. My thighs are seeking revenge! However it was noticebly easier to get through today, I almost enjoyed it. Grin
