I have just booked a holiday in 3 weeks time and need to drop a dress size to fit my swim suit. What classes in the gym/ lifestyle changes should I make in next 3 weeks to make this possible. I am really stuck, with limited will power. Thank you!

The Dukan diet is your best bet for fast results - it's extreme but it gets the job done.

30 day shred! And cut out all refined carbs (cakes, biscuits, bread etc), lots of veg and water and control your portion sizes. You only need around 100g of lean protein a serving and this is much less than you think! Good luck Smile

3 weeks not very long.

I agree shred (twice a day if you can bear it!) and dukan.
