I have gone back to the gym to loose a bit of baby weight and tone up , when i'm on the tredmill my shins really hurt .
I haven't invested in any fancy gym wear just joggers , vest and trainers ,my trainers are not old but do i need running ones ? i'm wondering if it's my trainers ? Thanks

It could be your trainers, there is a way at home to check what type of shoes you should wear

just wet your feet and step onto a piece of paper so you can see the shape clearly

or go to a specialist running shop that does gait analysis, they will test you on a treadmill and look at your feet to gauge what you need
