Small Successes along the way...

What small benefits has your diet had so far...

For me it's only been 18 days of 'mindful' eating but

  • I've lost a few pounds
  • My face is less puffy
  • Cutting down on booze means I'm richer, have better skin and less grumpy in the morning
  • My appetite has shrunk making future weight loss easier.

Also with the appetite shrinking. Although the first couple of days were hard.
Lost a few pounds and feel less bloated.
Have more energy.
Am proud of myself and happy, which is the best bit tbh :)
