I'll join you. I have 4.5 stone to go, having loss 36lbs so far. I joined WW last Thursday and am listening to the Paul McKenna CD.

I think it does make a difference. I haven't done the rest of what he recommends as I don't trust myself not to eat too much and put on weight. Slimming World doesn't work well for me as I over do it on the free foods, but WW seems to. I think the CD helps stop me feel so hungry.
