Another diet post - another year gone of me still being fat

After years and years of trying with Slimming World and cheating, and having no portion control i tried Weight Watchers which I find harder, counting points, and being hungry more..

Now I need to lose this weight now...and would like to hear from people that have lost weight on either plan and any advice on which plan to follow and why..

Help xx

Oh dear, you poor thing five.

My weigh day will be next Wednesday so I'll post my loss when I get in to work. I know I'm DIY'ing from home but would still love to swap stories/tips about how your classes are going!

I joined ww abt five weeks ago but stayed same so last week decided it was no longer working so quit. A friend I met there said why not give it another try but am unsure. I have tried ww,sw & rosemary convey many times in the past & each time it gets harder to maintain any weight loss (if at all). Not sure wot to do but need to do something. I am not much of cook which is why WW suits me but don't think points they give me are enough. Also how do I find replies to my posts?

Anyone heard what's happening in 2022 with SlimmingWorld? Keep hearing something is going on just no idea what it is.
