Calorie counting diet- looking for recommendations

Hi

I'd like to start a calorie counting diet, can anyone recommend a very prescriptive one i.e. exactly what to eat day by day? Would be good if food preparation & ingredients aren't too difficult.

Thanks!

Hi

Can personally recommend My Fitness Pal which can be downloaded onto a smart phone or done through a pc.

You add what you ate and amount and it will calculate calories, fat, protein and carbs within the food.

I have lost 32ibs in 4 months on this and really quick and easy to use.

There is also a thread on here for support.

Good luck with whatever option you choose Xmas Smile

I like myfitnesspal too and will be starting back on that after all the rest of the Christmas goodies have gone on Monday. It isn't prescriptive though. I can't do that kind of diet though. It annoys me to be told what to eat.

I use MyDietDiary as I I tried Myfitnesspal but found it quite complicated for my simple little brain. Good luck with your diet!!!
