I'm doing Rosemary Conley which is low GI- but thats for weightloss rather than maintaining a good diet. I just bought Anthoney Worrell Thompson GI and GL books from a charity shop- but I haven't looked at them yet so can't recomend! I would recomend going to your library and looking at the different cookbooks, there is usually something. I've been told low GI as I have PCOS.

Well.... I should say, the latest RC (Inch loss diet) isn't strictly low GI but the vast majority of it is, it just isn't emphasised any more. She did do a GI jeans diet that was very effective for me but I can't see that much difference! I'm really interested in the difference between GI and GL, which is why I bought both books when I saw them. When I get home from visiting my family I'll be looking through both and see if they help. The RC is effective but can get monotomous, it has little variety but does work! She does ready meals too but they are soo expensive!

Does anyone know the difference between pig to twig and Zoe Harcombe?
