5 weeks ago I weighed 10st 2lbs which I was happy with (although ideally wanted to get down to 10st.)
Then all of a sudden I got on the scaled 4 weeks ago to see I'd gone up to 10st 6lbs! in one week!! Couldn't think of any obvious diet changes so couldn't diet - therefore continued eating what I was eating and one week later I was 10st 8lbs.
I started panicking a bit but as I said, I couldn't actually diet because I already eat less than I probably should. I just couldn't understand it. One week later I got back on the scales to see I'd dropped to 10st 4lbs
again with no changes to the diet.
Just got on the scales this morning however and I'm back up to 10st 7lbs 
WTF is going on???
