lose a jean size diet

anyone else doing this? ive just had my first bowl of special K and im bored of it already

I'm trying to do it in a half hearted way as my thighs are frightening.
Am doing porridge in the morning, SP K at night. And no booze

I'm not doing this diet but have started eating branflakes for breakfast every day and to stop it being boring I add some sultanas, dried cranberries and sunflower seeds. Holland and barratt have all sorts of stuff you could add to spice it up a bit - if your allowed to on the diet.

do you have a proper lunch then?

im having another bowl at lunch then a proper dinner

i did this after 1st pg and then i put it all back on during 2nd pg so im doing it again

I think I'll do that too Bubblerock. I'm not being too rigid with it because then I'll never stick, but replacing either lunch or dinner with a healthyish cereal and fruit etc - and trying to avoid the giant tin of Quality street that's still sitting about calling to me.

Are you doing any exercise? I'm still psyching up for that part
