Slimming world Green days would be excellent for you if you have a large appetite
basically you can eat as much fruit, veg, pasta, rice, potatoes as you wish (and I am not joking)
I've copied and pasted this obviously you would not be following red or the new orange plan as you are vegetarian
The basis of the SW plan may have changed a bit (added orange plan, but that includes meat), but these are the basics.
Each day on a green day you have
1 or 2 ? Healthy Extras A
2 ? Healthy Extras B

Plus as much free food as you like
Green Day ?free foods? include fruit and vegetables, grains, beans, pulses, pasta, rice, tofu, and eggs
Plus up to 10 syns per day
As a rough guide 1 syn is 20 calories

also if you google you will find a million and one positive reviews as well as recipes. It also fits in really easily with life.
The downside is you have to do it properly otherwise it won't work. Give it 100% and you will lose weight. You have to eat your healthy extras and you must not got over your syn allowance.
I lost 2 stone a few years back - totally effortlessly.
