Hi all. I'm 22, 5ft10in and 17 stone. Dukan told me my 'perfect weight' or something is 12st11lb and I should be there by April 2012. Perfect.
So today I start my attack phase. I feel great. I'm not hungry, I'm eating a lot, I'm drinking a lot and I have enough energy despite being unwell to cycle on the exercise bike for an hour at moderate pace and take the pup on a 20 minute walk.
Can I keep this up? I need to lose weight fast so since I need to lose around 5 stone should I keep the attack phase up for 10 days? It can't be this easy, can it?
First diet. Any advice?
