Slimming World & breastfeeding

Followed slimming world before with good success but as usual let it slip and put back on what I had lost and now after having my 2nd child need to get back on track.
I do remember that breastfeeding mums can have more healthy extras but can't remember exactly how many.
Does anybody know exactly how many I should be having?????

I did SW and breastfed. I didn'thave any extra HE's and then you could have one A and 2 B's. I think you can have one extra A, but I am not sure on extra B's.

i used to have an extra 'meal' of Jkt pot, baked beans and cottage cheese, on a green day. I also ate at least a couple of bananas a day. And I drank a glass of water or cup of tea wheenever I sat down to feed. Lost 2 - 3 lbs most weeks

Alicemama sorry for hijacking thread, but I'm breastfeeding and doing slimming world and every week, I stay the same. I shake my head and do the 'can't understand it routine', but at home I am shamelessly stuffing my face!!!

Do you have any probs staying with the eating plan, when you're sooo tired and hormonal???

Or is it just me?

In answer to your question I know you're allowed extra milk, but not sure how much???

I can't really comment yet as to if I find it hard as today is my 1st day back on sw.
After my dd2 was born I promised myself 2 weeks of eating what I wanted and boy did I!!!!! But now the 2 weeks are up so its time to get back into those pre pregnancy jeans and hopefully some smaller ones as well!!!
