Recommend me some trainers please!

My DD is now 10 week old and I've lost the 3 1/2 Blush stone I put on during pregnancy with little effort (except BF) but now I need to work on the pre-pregnancy fat (a fair bit)

Can someone please recommend a decent pair of trainers that don't cost half a million pounds? I mainly walk at the moment but will be going to aerobic class and Zumba.

Go to a shop and try on some and see what suits your budget!!! I love my asics but wouldn't be necessary just for walking and zumba.

Thanks :) i was just tryng to narrow it down a bit before i went do i dont have to spend ages in a sports shop, they make me feel a bit uncomfortable Blush i will have to bite the bullet i reckon!
