Does anyone know the syn value if I was to make my own popcorn.

I'm 'hoping' it'll just be a teaspoon of oil and I'll use sweetener rather than sugar. But does corn have a syn value? Can't find this anywhere.

Sweetcorn itself is free on green and extra easy days, so it stands to reason that dried kernels would be free too.

I'd just count the oil. Could you do it with fry-lite spray instead of a teaspoon of oil as that would make it completely free
