I need to lose weight and I want a diet that will tell me what to eat, with recipes. Does anyone have any experience of these type of diets and whether they are worth the money? What does it give you that say, following a diet in a book wouldn't?
I have done WW in the past successfully but find the new points system confusing. I have done low-carb 'ish' with success but am lacking inspiration for meals and so would choose the low-carb or low GI option on the Tesco website if I did that.
Just wondering if its worth the fee.
