I started low carbing two days ago. When I did this diet before I lost about a lb a night. The first morning after starting I weighed myself and I had lost 2lb. This morning however I have put 1lb back on! I feel a bit constipated (nothing to do with the diet, I have ibs anyway) so could it be this? I've also been taking lactulose which makes your bowel horde water so I suppose it could be this too.
I'm just a bit gutted because I really hoped to be down 4lbs by the end of next week.
