Low Carb - Please Reassure me!

I started low carbing two days ago. When I did this diet before I lost about a lb a night. The first morning after starting I weighed myself and I had lost 2lb. This morning however I have put 1lb back on! I feel a bit constipated (nothing to do with the diet, I have ibs anyway) so could it be this? I've also been taking lactulose which makes your bowel horde water so I suppose it could be this too.

I'm just a bit gutted because I really hoped to be down 4lbs by the end of next week.

Try not weighing yourself so often - almost impossible I know - but do try as you will fluctuate over a few days. The golden rule is once a week and record it.

I do weigh myself every morning and have done for 9 months, and honestly it all just seems random.... I can never predict. Don't be gutted.

FWIW I get very constipated on low carb. Tried P2T and couldn't do it due to constipation.
