I have been healthy eating for 2 weeks and lost 9lbs! Feeling very pleased as nearly half way to target. However, it has been a long long time since I went this long without choc ( i had a flyte bar a week ago) and I am restless, twitchy cannot settle and GAGGING for chocolate. I want it sooooo bad. I just had apple and grapes and a yoghurt but if I keep snacking I might as well have had some chocolate anyway.
Anyone else craving anything right now and how do we stop it!
