I have now decided to buy a cross trainer for my house. My place is small and I would like to buy a fold away one, any suggestions?

How about this one

or this one folds very small

or something like this

help as i am very cluless but i'm thinking it would be better if I had one where I can change the levels?? As will make it more effictive.

All suggestions welcome Smile

Why do you want one?

I ask because the calories burned when using one are fairly minimal, and if space is limited maybe some exercise DvDs plus some walking outside may be better......

If you do want one, my personal view is that the really cheap ones like the ones you have shown the links to wouldn't be that good..... look for one with lots of good reviews....

I thought that cross trainers burned more calories then walking and running.

Nope, running def burns more. The machines in gym overestimate significantly - and I found crosstrainer similar to walking when I borrowed friends "kifit".
