Hi, I am back on SW (again). Can anyone please tell me the syn value of Ainsley Harriot spice sensation cous cous?

And could you point me in the direction of the SW thread if there is one?

SW mag this month says one pack is only one syn (page 25 on Saturday lunch menu)
