Calorie counting & breastfeeding

I have started to count calories using mfp and wondered if I should add the breastfeeds that I do?

Would that make a difference with my weight loss? As in wouldn't aid it or would my body do some crazy survival thing and hold on to all the weight?

Thanks

You can add as an exercise! Google to see how many calories per oz, and guess the quantity.

If your baby is more than 6 months old and also having solids (I was feeding 2-3 times a day when I started dieting) I didn't bother adding extra calories.

Made sure you drink loads of water.
