I get weighed at SW on a Monday evening so Monday afternoons tend to involve me hopping on and off the scales at regular intervals in a not at all obsessive manner
. So this morning I was hopping on and off, I know its ridiculous, and my weight was a steady 11st 10.5lb and I was pretty happy with that, getting all geared up for my weigh in and a nice pound or two off in my book. I jump back on an hour ago and I am 11st 12lb. HOW?? I have not eaten since breakfast and have had one glass of water. How has this happened??
