Bearing in mind I work 4 days a week out from 7am to 6pm - kids in bed at 7 and then I'm down about 9-30 - and then up from 5-30 in the morning

I was wondering couch 2 5k - but any dvd recommendations that I could do from home in either a bit hit or smaller ones daily?

When I'm at home I have a dd4 and ds2 with me so strapping into buggy and walking fast not an option as dd out of buggy but too wee to do power walking.

Not trying to make excuses, honest, just can't see wood for the trees :(

For days you're working, can you work exercise into your commute? Can you cycle there, or walk 3 or 4km of it? Can you get showered/dressed at work (thus you could run part of the way into work)? Or run home... the DC won't care if you're a bit sweaty! Are there any gyms near work you could join, and work out at lunchtime?

For days you're not working - can anyone else watch the DC so you can get out running/walking/cycling - whatever appeals to you? OR can you join a local gym with creche facilities?
