Please, please, please will someone offer me some words of wisdom.

Tried ww before xmas but didn't really stick to it (3 off, 1 on, 2 0ff, 3 on...)No real motivation and Xmas was just the excuse I needed.

My mums doing lighter life at the minute and is losing shed loads. But it's expensive... and I'm skint.

I'm miserable. I'm putting my life on hold because I feel like a fal blob. I exercise loads, but eat loads too.

Please will someone inspire me, I really don't want to spend another summer miserable and sweating under layers of clothes.

Thank you.

I can highly recommend my fitness pal It has really helped. Good luck. It's a long road - but you can do it.

How much do you weigh and what's your height? How much would you like to weigh?

I am currently shredding, and doing Paul Mckenna. I have only done it for 15 days but I think I have lost weight (not certain as I have no scales!)
But the nice thing about this is that I am more grateful for my body and I like myself more, just because I can see myself exercising and getting better at it. i think exercise is a great way to learn to like yourself.

If a structured diet would be best for you, I hear SW is very good.

it has to come from YOu though Smile

nobody can "do" the motivation bit for you. You have to really want to, to start with .

I 2nd the Paul Mckenna way of eating you can get his books and C.Ds 2nd hand ;it's the BEST of all 'cos it re educates yr attitude to food and NO cal. counting or special IMO ' crap' diet foods.

I third Paul McKenna, I think the book incl. journal and cd/dvd is on offer at amazon.

I recommend both myfitnesspal and also Paul McKenna.

I use both. Paul McKenna to get me into the frame of mind of loosing weight and for motivation and myfitnesspal to keep track of what I eat. Try to stick to low carb low fat as much as possible.

I have lost over 3 stone in 5 months am at goal weight... No need to waste money on lighter life. Eat normal, unprocessed food and less of it, will save you money!
