I have done both of these in the past but it was ages ago and the programmes seem to to have changed drastically since I last went

So which is the best?

I have 5+ stone to loose. Sad

WW for me, have lost almost 2 stone. I think the ability to have unlimited carbs (from my understanding of SW) on green days would never work for me as I could eat my body weight in pasta/rice given half the chance! Counting points and tracking online with WW has really worked for me- and have convinced my parents to join too! MY dad has 4 stone to lose and has so far lost 14 lbs in his first few weeks! You can also earn extra points by exercising so you have an extra weekly allowance on top of your daily points and the opportunity to earn more if you wanted to have a big night out. Good luck with whatever you choose!

Thanks starvin. Is it hard to get your head around? it seems a bit complicated. My sis is doing the pro points thing at the moment.
