Basically dukan is high protein, low carb and low fat. Seems to be very fast weight loss. Initially (around 5 days) only lean protein is allowed. Then vegetables & protein every second day and just protein on the other days. Oatbran is eaten every day to keep digestion moving.
Today:
Breakfast - omelette with 2 eggs and smoked salmon, natural yoghurt with 2 tablespoons oatbran.
Lunch - 250g fat free fromage frais and can tuna, with latte coffee (skimmed milk) for lunch
Dinner - will probably have salmon, chicken, yoghurt.
Can be more adventurous with seasoning... no calorie counting, can have slices of chicken as snacks! Diet drinks eg diet coke are allowed.
Tomorrow:
Breakfast - omelette with mushrooms, yoghurt with oatbran
Lunch - cottage cheese and salad
Dinner - steak and steamed veggies.
Then once you have achieved weight loss gradually introduce healthy carbs eg fruit, wholemeal bread etc back into diet.
