Hi all. I am today starting the SW plan extra easy. I would like to loose 1 stone initially then we will see.
I have been since January eating sensibly, using the food focus website and going to the gym/zumba/shredding minimum of 4 times per week and i have managed to loose 9lb in this period (my heaviest weight was in December)
Here are my stats, i will update them every Monday.
Height-5ft 6inches (well 5ft 5.5inches!)
Weight-11st 11lb (on Saturday)
Bust 36
Waist 30
Hips 37
thighs 24
Please help me along the way to actually do it and stick with it. I am not going to class but have a friend who does and i have also been too a few before myself. I weighed 10.7 last May and would love to get back there again (gained weight steadily July-Dec but actually found out i had been pregnant in Dec...when i started to miscarry-the pregnancy was quite far along. So some of it was pregancy not just overeating)
Anyone who wishes to join please do or any tips would be fab aswell!
