There seems to be so much confusion over different diets. whats good. whats not good.
Im crap at following and tbh dont have the time nor inclination to follow a set plan.
( despite the inital excitement)
BUT
Will
- smaller portions ( little bit of weighing in the beginning...no meal bigger than the size of your hand)
- no processed food
- less carbs, maybe only in one meal not in breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- lots of veg
-no low fat foods ( we all know these are high in sugar.
