I've just got to work and realised I've forgotten my lunch! There is a Tescos next door, can someone suggest what I can buy for a reasonably pointed lunch (absolute max 9 points)? I don't eat fish or seafood. I've only just started back on WW having messed up dreadfully over the last few months, what a great start Blush Smile

most of tesco light sandwiches are between 7 and 9 points.

I'd grab a soft brown roll (3pp) and a pack of ham (80g is 2 points), cherry tomatoes and a fruit salad/fruit plus maybe an alpen light (2) and a WW fromage frais (1pp) or a Hartleys no added sugar jelly pot 0pp).

somerfield chicken salad healthy line is 7pp so sure tesco would be roughly the same

their healthy choice does have ww pp on them, but make sure they are ww pp and not old pp -or roughly double it

wynken - most of what you said, she would have to buy in bulk, ie 4 yogs/5 alpen bars etc so cost would be much more than one sandwich

Thanks! I had a 'just ham' sandwich which was basically 2 slices of bread and scraping of marg (no mayo etc) and some velvet crunch crisps (which are YUM YUM YUM and only 2 points!) and an orange. Thanks for the advice.
