  • snack on apples/cherry tomatoes or soup
  • don't have cake in the house
  • visualise the sugar and fat it contains and imagine these sitting on your thighs, that usually works for me!

Just
Don't
Buy
It

do you bake the cakes or buy the cakes?

MadreInglese · 04/03/2011 13:01

stop buying it...?

BsshBossh · 04/03/2011 16:19

Visualise it, in great detail, crawling with maggots or spiders or hair from the floor of a barber's, or covered with rotting fish. Do visualisation every day until it's part of your psyche. It's a Paul McKenna trick that seems to really work!

buy it make it, anyway i can get it!
visualisation is fine, i know that it works for some but i am a bit of a non-believer in psychological intervention - despite being one myself!
sugar on the thighs, that may help. i do categorically that sugar is the she-devil of the dieters world but at the moment this is having no effect on the cravings!
