Has anyone used Slimpods?

Have been reading about this. Sounds too good to be true - does this mean that it is?

I am tempted to get the stay slim one, as I am almost at target. I wonder what the differences are to Paul McKenna?

I looked at it as the start of my diet... but had enough willpower to continue.

I am a little and think that it would help with willpower but maybe not be enough on it own, but could be wrong?

I have ordered the one about enjoying exercise as I think that is going to be crucial for me for keeping the weight off.

Will post if there are any dramatic changes.
