Hi I need to shift a bit of weight but I really don't have time to attend any classes.
I have had a quick google and found slimming world, weight watchers, tesco etc do online weight loss plans.

Have any of you used them and can you reccomend a certain one?

Thanks

Used tesco and ww. Both worked but only because i was motivated at the time. Tesco used to annoy me with 'motivating' emails. Ww is the most sensible programme but tesco has a variety of different diets, e,g. Gi, low carb etc.
Good luck!

i am doing ww online. it is pretty good.

I am doing tesco.... it depends what you want - do you want meal plans? I am using tesco totals which basically means you put what you eat in and you keep within the number of "totals" they suggest. But the downside of the totals plans is they don't give meal plans.... myfitness.com does similar and its free... with tesco though you get motivational email which might be annoying....

I'm doing the Tesco online GI diet and it has been fab. It gives full meal plans, which I needed, cos basically I was eating the right kind of food but my portion sizes were way off the mark. I've tried weight watchers in the past but didn't stick to it. Have lost 2.5 stone on this one.

Thanks for the replies, im going to go with slimming world. I got my old books out yesterday and i'm going to write up a 3 week meal plan.

I find it helpfull to have a plan written down because otherwise i end up not sticking to it.

If it doesn't work, Mrs S, try Tesco Diets Online. Last year I lost 1.5 stone & I've kept it off. Like lemonhead, I followed the GI plan, especially in the colder months. In spring & summer I used the Spring Fresh & Mediterranean plans. Good luck!
