hello.
apologies if this has been covered before.
i have tried the attack phase of dukan but only half heartedly, but did lose some weight. i've been put off doing the atkins because i assume all that cheese and fat would make me feel yuk. i am fully convinced by the low carb argument though!
can anyone explain why atkins (high fat, high protein, low carb) is deemed more effective than dukan (LOW fat, high proten, low carb)
it seems obvious to me that the combination of low carb AND low fat would be better, but apparently there is some clever scientific reason behind the protein/ fat magic thing!
thanks in advance
