Eating out on the Dukan Diet? Help!

Hi,

I am on day 3 of the Dukan attack and absolutely loving it...not hungry, have already lost 3lbs and not cheating at all (I know from experience that its a slippery slope for me!)

Now I have just remembered that I have a work dinner this evening. Have looked at the menu and my options seem to be seared tuna nicoise (no dressing and just eating the tuna), roast seabass with prawns and veg (obv leaving veg) or mussels with garlic shallots and white wine.

Can anyone help me decide which is my best option? Am leaning towards mussels, as I wont look odd leaving all my vegetable, though I am a bit worried about the white ine sauce?

vegetables plural and wine rather than 'ine' Blush

Personally I'd eat the vegetables (although not potatoes or other root vegetables) and meat/fish - avoiding sauces. In any case after attack vegetables are allowed every second day anyway. Just do an extra day of attack on the end?

Ooh that's a good idea about adding an extra attack day and having the veg, thank you!

Important for it not to drive you mad, and also don't want to look odd. Once attack is out the way you can do the PP days when you know its convienient.
