hi all. i am a whopping 165lbs on a 5'2" frame.size 16, but belly must be a size 20 i think.
today had coffee and toast and two almonds for brekkie. didnt walk the kids to school, (had to go to tesco to get ds ribena for his packed lunch for his school trip). but did walk to play group. which is a 20 minute meandering walk with dd. and a 15 minute not brisk walk without her. plan on going to the gym this afternoon. if i dont, feel free to yell at me.

target is to be a size 12 at xmas meetup in london. wish me luck

it should have been cereal, but not enough milk, and the kids wanted cereal.
after ds2 i lost loads of weight by my own diet, which was
no fried foods
no desserts
only eating at meal times, and proper meals then
no eating of kids leftovers
walking everywhere. (no car, so really no choice!)

weetabix, and i think should start buying semi skimmed milk as well. please checkon me every so ofetn, to make sure i am sticking to it

hi all again. since starting this thread almost two weeks ago, and been going to the gym three times a week for four weeks. (although first two weeks was really only twice a week) i have now lost
1.5 kg, just over 3 pounds
3% of my body fat, and just over two inches of my hip measurement.

so im still a fat blimp, with big alien blubberry tumtum, but on the way to loosing it.
thoguht id share as i am very happy with myself.

i have lost 5 stone since may.

wannabump2006 · 25/10/2005 15:38

Hi everyone,am currently following old weight watchers routine(points),and trying to get back into some kind of order, had a stillborn baby in may,and a miscarriage in sept,so had a tough time, managed to put nearly 3 stone on with pregnancy, and combination of comfort eating after all thats happened
Did the old weight watcher before getting preg, was a size 20 and managed to get down to a size 12 in 10 months.Am now a size 16 and just want to loose alittle(be about a 14)before i try to get preg again, then when finally get the baby i want will follow it again and get back in those size 12's that are gathering dust in the wardrobe!!
Am doing that old diet as i know it works for me,and haven't quite got the confidence to go to meetings again yet.
Have managed to loose 8lbs so far in 4 weeks,so not too bad i guess, have started excersising this week too,so hoping that will help.x
I hope you don't mind me joining this thread, could do with the support, and give advice to anyone else?.x

hi guys,

glad to see your all persevering with this dieting malarky. i was 7 stone before i gt pregnant and put on 2 stone, i lost it by healthy eeating, getting the buggy out and going for brisk walks, oh and still breastfeeding bubs is nearly 11 months, plan to continue until hes 1. Dieting is really hard, healthy eating is a better option, mind you everyone is different. Does any body know of , or can reccommend an work out video , for toning up?

stitch · 28/10/2005 09:27

eeyore and wannabump, of course you are most welcome to join. in fact i admire both of your determination. you both have far better reasons for wanting to lose weight than i do. lets do it together
ameli, after ds2 that was how i lost weight too. healthy eating, lots of walking and breastfeeding. id lost all the pregnancy wieght by the time he was 11 weeks old, and then lost a further stone and a half over the nest nine months. unfortunately i then got pregnant and its all been downhill from there
isnt walking meant to be the best toning regime? i am going to the gym where i do three ten minute sessions of cardio, and then some weights, well, light weights. cant recommend videos as i have never got on with them i am afraid
