ok, my son is 10 months old and i have just 3 pounds to go and i will be my pre-pregnancy weight. Yipeeeee!!!! the only problem is i still have to "tuck" my stomach into my pants!!! Any ideas on how to get my stomach flat and tighten up the loose skin left over from having a bump?

A friend of a friend swears by pilates.

tummy tuck? I'm the same - hate mine

would love a tummy tuck, just the price, pain and scar that puts me off!!!! Which pilates dvd? Seen one that was just very "hippyish".

She goes to a class, but I suppose a DVD would do the same - IF YOU DID IT! I got one from special K about 3 years ago and haven't even opened the box!!

Blondie14, I've got Yogalates (Louise Solomon) DVD and it is really reeally good. Did it after dd and my tummy was so toned. Keep meaning to start now (after ds) but the evenings have been hectic lately (excuses, excuses!)

yeah your right, trying to find the time to do a whole video is difficult. My partner works away through the week so going to classes can be hard.
