A wee change a week

I have admitted today that the pre-christmas back to work after maternity leave followed by christmas and work stresses have taken their toll and I have gone up a dress size. Nothing fits.
I'm still ridiculously busy, and I suspect the effects of any diet would be short lived. Have been mulling how to make changes for the better without major impact on already full life.
So, have hit upon the idea of a small change a week towards a healthier lifestyle. First change will be to not eat leftovers from kids plates.
Anyone with me? Plan to tweet about it too @weechangeaweek
It would be easier with company. Anyone up for the challenge?

Small changes are good, but I've gone hardcore and have cut out all sugar, a lot of carbs, no junk and low fat Confused I've lost 10lbs and joined a gym too.

Good luck.
