I decided to finally take the plunge and order diet chef last week. I have been doing the diet for 3 days now and I have got to say it very easy, the food is really tasty and I don't feel hungry at all.
I have a lot to lose, officially 8 stone, so I have a long haul ahead but I think I might actually stick to this.

but it's expensive and the food looks like bland shit. What are you doing??

keepingupwiththejoneses · 15/01/2011 00:29

It is expensive but the food is far from bland it is really nice.
I have tried everything else, sw, ww I just can't stick to them and this works out to cost the same as cambridge. Also I added up all the money I spend on food during a week and you would be suprised how much it came to.

I had this and the food was vile.

I use cambridge. I make shakes in a smoothie to go blender. 5 - 6 cubes of ice and 1/2 amount of recommended fridge cold bottled water

just like nmacdonalds milkshakes

choc mint is my fave

i lost 10 stones since june last year

i feel fab

i have almost 7 stones to go

i hope diet chef works for you

as long as YOU find it tasty that is great

more importantly you are doing something about your weight

I suppose everyones tastebuds are different. I did enjoy cambridge but I just couldn't stick to it.
