during 2010 lost over 3 stone and now where i want to be - size ten bmi 23- used food focus and introduced exercise. Now do legs, bums and tums X1 - power pumpx1 and swim a mile 2 times a week. Beginning to tone up but still a bit loose skin - especially around tum and chest. I may have had a dream about this but does anyone know of any creams or direct me to specific exercises. thanks
