Hi, have a huge amount of weight to lose (9 stone 
) and obviously need to start doing more exercise
I am not comfortable at the gym yet, I know I know, no one will be staring at we wobbling but I'm not ready yet
Is it worth getting the Wii fit?
Will it help to build up my fitness level?
Can it even take great lumbering people like myself?!?
I have the opportunity to buy one off a friend for £40, is it worth it or not?
