Xenadrine

I have just been talking to a friend on the phone who has struggled with her weight, she isn't huge about a size 16.

She has bought some Xenadrine online and has been taking them and has been loosing weight. Is it safe. I voiced my concerns saying that maybe they would only be a short term measure and that many diet pills are glossed up amphetamines. She assured me they weren't. Does anyone know anything about them?

would like to bump this for any advice?
Holland and Barrett are now selling Xenadrine and when i asked the sales assistant she said A) they were completely safe and B)they worked as many of the girls in the shop were using them and averaged 9 pounds a month.

I don't know if my friend still takes them , she does not look any noticably thinner so if so they don't work.

if i rememeber rightly there was a huge scandel in the states about xenadrine - it contains alot of caffeine - and some people suffered heart palpitations and the like. Will try to find some info

If you are of the hungry type, the bottomless pit brigade, if you have carb cravings, i can highly recommend a supplement called 5HTP. It really does do what it says on the packet and it's safe.

Ephidrine (sp) has been banned in several states in america because it has caused cases of fatal heart attacks.

I bought it from healthy direct but if you put 5HTP in your search engine it will bring up the places that sell it and a whole load of information on it. Its really effective, it has sorted out my PMS and all the cravings that go with it too.
