Soup for dinner would do it (no garlic bread on the side, etc obviously).

The Covent Garden Soup Co reipe book is great with loads of tasty options.

I am a veggie, and there's definitely a lack of veggie diet plans around.

This is mine:

Breakfast: 4 tablespoons of home made muesli with soya milk ( a hangover from trying to be a vegan)

Lunch: a poached egg, slice of wholemeal toast without butter, piece of fruit

Dinner: Quorn fillet/quorn sausages etc, as much vedge as I want (no rice/pasta or potatoes)

evening: glass of pomegranate juice

Also as much tea/coffee with skimmed milk as I want, plus 4 250ml glasses of beer a week.

I don't have any other treats apart from the beer, because I can't have only one biscuit or square of chocolate. If I can't eat them until I feel sick, there is no point.

I've lost a stone and a half on this diet.
